      Today, we receiveed an order demand for the high power IGBT heatsink,total quantity is 10pcs. The heatsink contains an aluminum heatsink with high density fins, 6pcs copper heat pipe were buried in the base for performance improved. Thanks for choosing Sinda Thermal , we will finish the order in 2 weeks. 

     IGBT is the abbreviation of insulated gate bipolar transistor, IGBT can be regarded as a new kind of power semiconductor which combines the high input impedance charactor of MOSFET with the low on-stage voltage drop of the GTR, the IGBT can be considered as a high power switch which has the voltage control, less pressure drop and high voltage withstand. the IGBT components are becoming more intergated and powerful, it will generate a huge amount of heat when it's working, if the heat is not dissipated appropriately, the overheat circumstance would burn the device and ruin the module, so the requirements of the heat dissipation ability from a heat sink is a significant subject for IGBT project.
